REGULATION FOR SELF-EMPLOYED PEOPLE

    The lists of CBE (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises) numbers of declaring entities
     
    In order to be able to complete your DB2P declarations, your entity or the entity for which you act as a service provider must appear on the lists of pension bodies recognised by the FSMAsectoral organizers or solidarity organisations. If your institution is not on the lists, or if the information is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know as soon as possible via db2p@sigedis.fgov.be.
     
    The procedure for foreign entities 
     
    The procedure for foreign entities applies to foreign pension institutions that administer a pension regulation of an employer who from a tax perspective declares the paid insurance premiums to the Belgian corporation tax.  These instructions apply as well to foreign employers who set up a pension regulation for the benefit of employees of whom the situation under employment law does, hoewever, fall under Belgian laws.
     
    LPCI/INAMI WAPZ/RIZIV regulations
     
    The declaration instructions
    Here you can find the declaration instructions v.01.02 LPCI/INAMI WAPZ/RIZIV regulations (cf. a pension agreement within the meaning of article 42 under 7° of the WAPZ/LPCI and a solidarity regulation within the meaning of article 42 under 9° of the WAPZ/LPCI) and the regulations within the meaning of article 54 under §1 and article 54 under §2 of the RIZIV/INAMI Act.
     
    The XSD
    In order to be able to declare by batch, you must create the declaration files in XMLformat. These XML messages must meet a certain number of requirements, stipulated in  the following XSD system (XML Schema Definition): the XSD for the LPC/INAMI - WAP/RIZIV regulations.
     
    The list of anomalies
    The list of anomalies for the LPCI/INAMI - WAP/RIZIV regulations is linked to the declaration instructions v.01.02 for the LPCI/INAMI WAPZ/RIZIV regulations. It is drafted in Dutch and in French.
     
    Other regulations for self-employed people ZS/IND
     
    The declaration instructions
    The declaration instructions v.01.02 or the other regulations for self-employed people ZS/IND apply to the externally financed supplementary pension regulations for independent company managers. Regulations that are financed by provisions on the liabilities side of the balance sheet of the company or by a company manager insurance do not belong to the scope of application. This version of the instructions does not apply to the pension agreements within the meaning of article 42 under 7° of the WAPZ/LPCI (cf. VAPZ/PCLI agreement) and article 54 under §1 and §2 of the RIZIV/INAMI Act (cf. RIZIV/INAMI agreements). 
     
    The XSD

    Please be aware of the fact that the English version is an unofficial translation. The official versions are only available in Dutch and French. This means that, in case of doubt, the Dutch or French version is conclusive.
