DB2P - Employer and company

  1. Employers and companies now have access to their data in the supplementary pension databank (DB2P). The DB2P online-application can be accessed via the Social Security portal (DutchFrench). Here you, as employer or company, will find the information you need to use this online-application and to meet your obligations within the framework of the databank. Employers' DB2P files contain information about the supplementary pension commitments that they have entered for their staff members. Companies will find information in their DB2P-files on the supplementary commitments for self-employed company directors.

User's guide to the DB2P application

Firstly, you’ll have to register to have a secure access to the Social Security.  In the user's guide to the DB2P application for employers and in the user's guide to the DB2P application for companies, you’ll find information on how to access the secure online-application and information on how you can grant your service provider access.

If you need help with accessing the DB2P application, please contact Eranova at 0032 (0)2 511 51 51 or online using the contact form in Dutch or in French. You can contact the Eranova contact centre every working day from 7 am to 8 pm.

    Substantive documentation

For more detailed information about the functionalities of DB2P and the reporting requirements for employers and companies, please see the substantive documentation for employers and the substantive documentation for companies . It also includes a planning concerning declarations that have to be made.

Are you not entirely sure about your role or that of your pension institution? Your obligations and those of your pension institution within the framework of DB2P are set out briefly in the summary.
